How quickly will Crystify reply?
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours. Detailed enquiries involving photo assessment, custom artwork, bulk quantities or 3D files can require additional review.
How do I send a photo, logo or 3D model file?
Please email the attachment to info@crystify.com.au. Include your order number if you have already ordered. For large 3D files, send a download link if the attachment is too large for email.
Can I request a design preview?
Yes. Leave a note with your order or contact us after ordering and ask for a digital proof before production. Complex 3D models and corporate projects may require additional preparation time.
Can I collect my order in Brisbane?
Local pickup may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact us and wait for confirmation before travelling, as Crystify primarily operates as an online store.
What should I provide for an urgent order?
Include the required delivery date, destination postcode, product and size, quantity and whether you need design approval. We will advise what is realistically possible before production.
