Crystify Customer Reviews

This is my second order & I am once again thrilled with the results.
The recipients were overwhelmed with how beautiful they turned out. This order I sent 2 photos to get an opinion on which would be best. The staff were happy to help. Commincation was fantastic & I received my order in good time

Absolutely fantastic product and an even better customer service experience! I purchased this for my wife's birthday and needed it delivered urgently. The team stayed in touch with me throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure it arrived on time. Truly exceptional service and a great product. Highly recommend!

Extremely happy with everything about our purchase. The process of ordering was easy to follow with great and clear instructions. The delivery time from ordering to delivery was extremely quick. The quality of the finished piece was excellent. Very happy with the item. Everyone who has seen it has made the same comment. ( Wow that’s fantastic. What a great gift. Where did you get that? ) so I think you will get enquiries from our friends. Thankyou .

Perfect 15th wedding anniversary present. 15 years being crystal (we don’t do big presents)

So happy with our beautiful personalized Memorial crystal candle holder - such a beautiful memory of my Brother in law that recently passed.

Personalised 3D Photo Crystal Heart

Beautifully done crystal, and the box it comes in means no gift wrapping requires. But, it sits awkwardly on the light box (different to what’s shown in pictures, doesn’t sit in the groove at all), a bit worried it’ll be knocked off easily.

The gorgeous pop up butterfly card was a big hit with the 6 year old recipient. She said it was the best card she's ever received. High praise indeed.
Thank you!

Thank you, my son and his partner loved it!

Absolutely love them. So well done and unique as a special gift

Highly Recommended.
Whole process from ordering to Delivery is seamless.

I was amazed at the level of detail, would highly recommend this as a gift or as a decorative piece. 10/10

I absolutely love my 3D Crystal frame. Very quick delivery and it’s even better than I imagined it would be.

It better be in perfect condition when it does finally get here after travelling up and down QLD then to WA
NOT HAPPY

I have had no email update and the tracking did not provide much more. And I can that it has not arrived at my address. I work from home and I also have broken ankle laying on my bed 6 feet from the door.
Can someone please track down my package. It was not cheap.
I need this asap, its a gift and I will ask for a refund if it is not here by the required date.
Im very disappointed to hear you asking how it is, two weeks after delivery.
Please address this with utmost urgency

Absolutely thrilled with the finished trophy. It was created as a memorial trophy for someone very special to our family, so getting it right meant a lot to us. Karl was so patient and helpful. The quality is beautiful and the 3D image turned out perfectly. It’s even better than I imagined and something our family will treasure for many years. Highly recommend. ❤️
