What type of photo works best?
A clear, front-facing photo with good lighting usually produces the best 3D result. However, we can also work with many old, faded or lower-quality photos.
Can you restore an old or faded photo?
Yes. We can improve clarity, reduce visible damage and enhance faded photos at no extra cost.
Can you combine people from different photos?
Yes. Our designers can carefully combine people or pets from separate photos into one meaningful design.
Will you remove the background?
For 3D engraving, we normally remove the background and convert the main subject into a 3D model. If you would like to keep the background, please leave a note with your order.
What happens if my photo is unsuitable?
We will contact you before production and ask for another photo or recommend a more suitable 2D design.
Can I see a preview before production?
Yes. If you would like a design preview, please leave a note with your order or contact us after ordering.
How long does production take?
Most orders are completed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery time begins after dispatch and depends on the shipping method and destination.
Is the image engraved on the crystal surface?
No. The image is laser engraved inside the crystal, so it will not peel or rub away.
