Great customer service. I had some requests that they were more than happy to accommodate. The product and the detail in the laser engraving is very high quality too.
Received my 3D crystal and keyring promptly. They were well done and look lovely and it was all packaged very nicely. I got the led base as well and it really makes the image pop!
My only comment would be that I think that the base should have instructions. I thought it was broken until hubby worked out that I needed to hold my finger on the brass plate for a second to get it to turn on and off. I bought it as a gift for a friend and she didn’t work out what the base actually was until I explained it to her over the phone.
However it was a lovely gift and is well done.

The photo of my dog was clear and lifelike. Even touched up the missing part of my dog's head in the photo. Quality of the crystal was excellent and well made. Would definitely order from again in the future
