Absolutely thrilled with the finished trophy. It was created as a memorial trophy for someone very special to our family, so getting it right meant a lot to us. Karl was so patient and helpful. Received my 3D crystal and keyring promptly. They were well done and look lovely and it was all packaged very nicely. I got the led base as well and it really makes the image pop!
My only comment would be that I think that the base should have instructions. I thought it was broken until hubby worked out that I needed to hold my finger on the brass plate for a second to get it to turn on and off. I bought it as a gift for a friend and she didn’t work out what the base actually was until I explained it to her over the phone.
However it was a lovely gift and is well done.

Girlfriend loves the light up image of her daughters from one of her favorite pictures. Makes a great night light. Add some colored plastic over the lighted base and the cube will shine in different colors. The smallest size is a little small so if I had it to do over again, I’d buy the next size up.

They do a great job of removing the background of the pic you provide. The 3d effect is very cool.  This is a really great gift. Exceeded expectations！
