Approval and Revision Questions
Are design revisions included?
Yes. Complimentary revisions are available during the pre-production design stage so you can refine the proposed layout before final approval.
What happens after we approve?
The approved artwork is released for production. Changes requested after approval may not be possible and, if work has begun, may involve additional cost or a revised deadline.
Will the crystal look exactly like the screen preview?
The mock-up is a digital representation used to approve design and placement. Crystal depth, reflections, lighting and internal engraving can appear different from a flat screen image.
Can we approve multiple recipient names?
Yes. For a batch order, provide a final recipient list and review all variable details carefully before production approval.
