File suitability varies by subject. Fine internal structures, transparent surfaces or incomplete source material may require a different approach. We will explain any limitation or additional modelling scope before you commit.

What is the preferred 3D file type?
OBJ is preferred when available. Send other common formats as well; our team will assess compatibility and advise the next step.
Can you work from only one photo?
We can assess it, but several clear angles usually produce a more accurate result. If additional references are needed, we will tell you before modelling begins.
Can you add our logo and award wording?
Yes. We can combine the 3D subject with a logo, recipient details, project name, dates or a recognition message.
How should we share confidential material?
If the source material is commercially sensitive, contact us before sending it so we can discuss the most appropriate file-handling arrangement for your project.
