Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement to be crafted and shipped to you promptly at no additional cost.
Incorrect Items: In the event of an incorrect item being delivered, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will verify the issue and make arrangements to have the correct item produced and delivered to you. In both cases, we cover all associated costs.
